Sam Doolan is an experienced leader in the hospitality and holiday park industry, known for a genuine care for others. Sam worked with Bourne Leisure from 2001 to 2022 in various roles, including Facilities Operations Manager and Technical Production Manager. Recently, Sam served as the Head of Accommodation at Seal Bay Resort and also held the position of Head of Business Change & OD at Butlin's in 2025. Currently, Sam is pursuing an MSc in Applied Human Resource Management at the University of Exeter and furthering studies in Business Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
