Simon Cope

Simon Cope is an accomplished marketing and commercial leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industries. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Butlin's since August 2022, Simon previously held the position of Commercial and Marketing Director at Bourne Leisure Ltd from March 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Simon was the CEO of Byron Hamburgers and held significant marketing roles at wagamama and Mitchells & Butlers, where responsibilities included brand development and strategic marketing leadership for high-performing brands. Early career experience includes brand management at Britvic Soft Drinks, specializing in marketing strategies for Pepsi products. Simon holds a BA in Business Studies from St Columbas College.
