Mart Brown

Mart Brown, MPA, MCSE, is the Assistant Director at Butte County Information Systems. They previously served as a Supervising Information Systems Analyst, Compliance Officer, IT Manager, and Assistant Director of Information Technology at Butte County from 2001 to 2014. Prior to this, Mart worked as a Systems Analyst at the Computer Software Alliance from 1998 to 2001. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior College and a Master's degree in Public Administration from National University.
