Hiyeran Doobay has a diverse work history in the field of software quality assurance. Starting in 2012, they worked as a QA Analyst at Sonic Notify, where they tested web and mobile software for defects and provided insight into software quality. In the same year, they also worked as an IT Consultant at FDM Group, utilizing their knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Project, PL/SQL, and ITIL certification.

In 2013, Doobay joined MakerBot® as a Web QA Engineer, managing the deploy process for various web properties and leading QA for Thingiverse, MakerBot's flagship website. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Senior QA Manager, managing a cross-team QA department and ensuring the successful delivery of project deadlines.

From 2015 to 2019, Doobay worked at Neverware as a Lead QA Engineer, responsible for the development and management of the CloudReady operating system. This involved ensuring security, easy management, and high performance of the operating system based on Google's Chromium OS.
