Paula Leclair

Paula LeClair, MBA, MHCDS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HomeCare at Butterfly Network, Inc., beginning in February 2024. Previously, Paula was the US General Manager at Healthy.io, leading the US operations for a company that transforms smartphones into clinical-grade devices. In 2019, Paula held the position of Executive Director and General Manager at Glytec, overseeing insulin management software operations in outpatient care. Prior roles include Head of Operations at Onduo by Verily, focusing on virtual care solutions for chronic conditions, and serving as President and CEO at Telcare, where Paula led the company through a successful acquisition by BioTelemetry. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Insulet Corporation, where Paula enhanced commercial operations and played a crucial part in fundraising efforts during the company's IPO. Paula's academic background includes a Master of Healthcare Delivery Science from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, an MBA in Finance from Bentley University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
