Keith Hutton

Keith Hutton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in regulation and external affairs within the energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as Group Regulation Director at BUUK Infrastructure since April 2018, Keith oversees regulatory compliance across gas, electricity, heat, water, fibre, and hydrogen businesses. In addition to this role, Keith has been Regulation Director for the Independent Network Association and Chair of the Water INA committee since April 2021. Previous positions include Director of Strategy and Regulation at Bristol Water plc and Head of Regulation at UK Power Networks. Keith’s career spans various roles at EDF Energy and London Electricity, where expertise in distribution price review and corporate finance was developed. Educational credentials include an MBA in Innovation and Technology from Imperial College London and a degree in Economics from the University of Essex.
