Ryan Neoh

Ryan Neoh serves as the CFO of Buxton Geelong Group since April 2021 and is the founder of The Small Business Company, which focuses on supporting small business owners in navigating daily challenges. Previously, Ryan held senior roles including Senior Accountant at West Carr & Harvey, General Manager at Smart Saver, and Business Practice Manager at Geelong Dental Group. Ryan's career began at Deloitte Australia, where roles included Senior Consultant and Analyst in the Private Business Advisory practice, providing advisory services to a diverse client base. Ryan holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Deakin University.
