Aadi Vaidya

Aadi Vaidya is a Partner at The Scale Factory, where they co-lead the Europe business and assist startup founders with their Go-To-Market strategies and growth journeys. Previously, Aadi was COO and a founding team member at Zilingo, a Sequoia-backed procurement tech platform in Singapore, overseeing a $1 billion GMV P&L and leading a team of 400. They began their career at Citibank India as a Graduate Management Associate and now serve as a mentor at Techstars and a guest speaker at INSEAD. Aadi also actively supports startups as an advisor and investor, leveraging a global perspective shaped by experiences in India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
