Matt Eatock

Matt Eatock has a diverse work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Matt is currently working as the Finance Director at Buzz Bingo since 2021. Before this, they served as the Interim Finance Director at UKFast, focusing on improving finance processes and systems, from August 2020 to March 2021.

In 2020, Matt worked as an Interim Project Lead at The Belfield Group, where they implemented improved business analytics and KPIs reporting for a value creation strategy project.

From 2018 to 2020, they served as the CFO at Carpet & Flooring, one of the UK's largest distributors of floor covering products.

Prior to that, Matt worked as the Director of M&A at McBride plc from 2017 to 2018, overlooking all M&A activities and acquisition strategies.

From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Corporate Development Director at SIG plc, where they worked closely with operating divisions across Europe and the Middle East, developing strategic plans, evaluating commercial opportunities, and executing acquisitions.

Before joining SIG, Matt worked as an Assistant Director at Rothschild, providing corporate finance advice to various companies and private equity investors. Matt gained transaction experience in disposals, takeovers, and acquisitions.

Matt started their career at PwC, where they worked as an Audit Manager from 2001 to 2004 and then as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2004 to 2005.
