Sean Ranney

Sean Ranney, LEED AP has a strong background in construction and project management. Currently serving as Chief Estimator at Buzz Oates Construction, Sean has experience in commercial and industrial real estate development, overseeing tenant space and new construction projects. Prior to this, Sean worked as a Construction Manager at CMA Associates specializing in defect litigation and as a Project Manager at JR Roberts/Deacon handling various types of developments. With a degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Sean's expertise lies in heavy civil projects and structural engineering.
