Matthew Katz

Matthew Katz has extensive experience in corporate finance, spanning over 20 years. Matthew began their career at Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Corporate Finance Manager, where they worked from 1996 until 2005. Matthew then joined Roffe Swayne as a Partner in Corporate Finance, where they remained for nearly 8 years. In 2015, they became a Partner and the Head of Corporate Finance at Buzzacott, where they lead a team of 18 specialists focused on transactions in the £10m to £100m range. Matthew's expertise lies in M&A, transaction services, and valuation.

Matthew Katz attended Charterhouse from 1988 to 1993. Matthew then went on to Durham University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Economics.
