Ella Direnfeld serves as a Junior Research Analyst for both Qualitative and Quantitative Insights at buzzback since August 2021. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at the Skidmore-Saratoga Consulting Partnership, where Ella collaborated with a non-profit artist residency program and developed a crisis management packet during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ella also worked as a Research Assistant in the Skidmore College Anthropology Department, conducting archaeological surveys in Peru, and as an intern at Credicorp Capital Chile, managing translations and data updates. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Anthropology and Dance Research from Skidmore College and has participated in additional programs at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and the School for International Training.
