Fiona Rintoul

Fiona Rintoul is an accomplished recruiting and HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Purple Cow Recruiting since June 2016, Fiona has established an innovative recruiting team that combines in-house expertise with external headhunting agility. In February 2023, Fiona founded BuzzCo Inc, where Fiona also holds the title of Chief Relationship Officer. Prior positions include Talent Consultant at Shtudy, Senior Recruitment Consultant at dentsu international, and Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition at FocusVision, where Fiona was instrumental in building the HR and Talent division across global offices. Additionally, Fiona’s career includes strategic HR roles at Zeta Interactive and Philips, along with foundational experience at Modis and Dauphin. Fiona holds a degree in Fine Art, Sculpture from the University of Glasgow.
