"buzz-e-teer" An informal euphemism for a social media marketing professional. The term buzzeteer, covers a whole range of professional and job designations concerned with finding following and fueling conversations (buzz) and storytelling in the social media marketing arena about a person, a brand or a service. 

Services and competence includes word of mouth research, brand strategy, on-line advertising, on-line reputation management, social media optimization and similar strategies that arise when spreading the word of mouth “buzz” online.
