Cody Pumper

Cody Pumper is a Staff Software Engineer specializing in machine learning at BuzzFeed since February 2020, where major contributions include the development and deployment of large-scale recommendation models that boosted user engagement by 24%. Prior experience includes co-founding Edji, Inc., an interactive reading platform that achieved 40,000 monthly active users, and leading the frontend rewrite of the Artstor Digital Library application at Artstor.
