Jason Margeotes

Jason Margeotes is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in engineering and security. Currently serving as the Director of IT Engineering & Security at BuzzFeed since February 2016, Jason has progressed through various roles, including Senior IT Manager and IT Systems & Security Engineer. Previous experience includes working as an IT/Network Technician at Network Security Group INC., where responsibilities included maintaining and managing virtual machines. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey, earned between 2008 and 2013.
