Vishal Langthasa

Vishal Langthasa is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in video production and content creation. Currently serving as Creative Lead and Senior Video Producer at BuzzFeed since June 2020, Vishal focuses on engaging the young Indian audience, particularly Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Prior to BuzzFeed, Vishal was a Video Producer at Fitch Design, managing end-to-end video content for a UK-based design studio specializing in the Indian Food and Beverage sector. Vishal also contributed to DY Works, initially as a Video Producer and later leading digital content initiatives to enhance social media presence through strategic collaborations. Early career experience includes producing films for Antarang Foundation, aimed at engaging students and stakeholders. Vishal holds a Master of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Extension & Communication Management from Assam Agricultural University.
