Edith Edwards

Edith Edwards has extensive experience in analytics and marketing. Edith is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at BuzzRx, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Potentis Capital Companies from 2015 to 2020, serving as the Vice President of Analytics. At Potentis, Edith was responsible for utilizing analytics to improve customer market data and develop company strategies.

Before joining Potentis, Edith held the role of Director of Analytics at Visa from November 2013 to June 2015. In this position, they used customer insights to enhance Visa's B2B business model and developed recommendations for improving company strategy. Edith achieved significant successes, including improving targeting of affluent Visa users and enhancing fraud protection measures.

From 2008 to 2013, Edith worked at Carnival Cruise Lines, where they served as a Senior Manager in both Web Analytics (Marketing) and Marketing Analytics. In these roles, they used website and transactional data to optimize the company's marketing programs and develop customer segmentation strategies.

Earlier in their career, Edith worked as a Custom Insights Analyst at dunnhumby, specializing in providing data analysis for The Home Depot. Edith also held the position of Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst at FedEx Express and Senior Marketing Specialist at DHL.

Edith began their career as a Senior Marketing Analyst at Assurant Solutions, where they conducted data analysis for bank and utility clients. Edith also gained experience as a Data Extract Analyst at ANC and as a DM Coordinator at G. Neil, where they coordinated direct mail campaigns and implemented strategies to improve marketing response rates.

Edith Edwards attended the University of Miami from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Marketing, and English. Edith then went on to Nova Southeastern University to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.
