Shawn Ohri

Shawn Ohri has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Shawn is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at BuzzRx, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at BuzzRx from July 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining BuzzRx, Shawn worked at ScriptSave® WellRx for nearly a decade. Shawn held various roles during their tenure, including Vice President of Product and Technology from October 2016 to July 2021. In this role, they led a full stack team and was responsible for IT, product innovation, project management, and marketing, among other areas. Shawn also spearheaded a multi-year digital transformation effort.

Prior to their VP position, Shawn held positions such as Director of Business Solutions from October 2013 to October 2016 and Manager of Adjudication Programs from May 2012 to October 2013 at ScriptSave® WellRx.

Shawn's career in the healthcare industry began at MedImpact in 2005. During their time there, they held various managerial positions and took on different responsibilities. Shawn was involved in international program development, business ownership for claims adjudication system, pharmacy network operations management, and software engineering.

Overall, Shawn Ohri has a diverse background and extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in technology, strategy, and project management.

Shawn Ohri obtained a BA degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UC San Diego.
