Daniel Gey

Daniel Gey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Daniel started their career as a Working Student at Bayerischer Rundfunk in 1997 before moving on to ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH in 1999. At ProSiebenSat.1 Digital, they held various positions including Working Student, Channelmanager, Senior Content Developer, Head of Editorial Department for ProSieben.de, and Head of Editorial Department for Entertainment P7S1. In 2011, they joined BRAINPOOL Artist & Content Services GmbH as the Leitung Online-Redaktion until 2013. Daniel then worked at MEDIA GROUP ONE Digital GmbH / A Yahoo Company as the Head of Multi-Channel Networks from 2013 to 2015. Afterwards, they became the Head of Content at Ströer SE & Co. KGaA from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are the Managing Director at BUZZWOO! Munich GmbH, a position they have held since 2017.

Daniel Gey obtained a Master of Arts degree in Communication Science, with a focus on media law and intercultural communication, from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Daniel attended the university from 1996 to 2002.
