Dawn Smith has extensive experience in player protection and safer gambling, currently serving as a Player Protection professional at BVGroup since April 2023 and as a Safer Gambling Officer at DAZN Bet since November 2022. With a background in customer service retention at GVC Group from October 2017, Dawn has also held roles such as Business Development Manager at AN Building Services, where marketing strategies led to a 12% growth in customer base, and Chat Host Moderator at Gala Coral Group Limited, promoting responsible gaming.
