Will Staples

Will Staples is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Group VP Compliance at BVNK since July 2025. Prior to this, Will held the position of Group Head of Compliance and UK MLRO at NALA from February 2024 to June 2025 and was with Currencycloud from October 2019 to February 2024, where Will served as Group MLRO and Deputy MLRO. Will's career began at KPMG UK, where Will progressed from Summer Intern in 2009 to Senior Manager in Risk Consulting by September 2019, accumulating extensive experience in financial services. Will holds a degree from the University of Bristol, completed in 2010, and attended Tiffin Boys School from 2001 to 2007.
