Geral Ditus is the End of Line Solutions Manager at BW Packaging, where they leverage over 36 years of experience in packaging automation and engineering leadership. Previously, they spent 18 years as a Field Service Engineer at BW Container Systems, traveling internationally to address complex challenges and support major installations. Later, they served as the Electrical Engineering Director at BW Integrated Systems, managing cross-functional teams and fostering innovation. As the President of S.E.R. Custom Fabrication LLC since 2004, Geral has focused on design and fabrication, while passionately helping manufacturers optimize their operations with tailored automation systems.
