Rick Roeske

Rick Roeske has a diverse and extensive background in engineering, business development, and service management spanning over 25 years. Currently, Rick serves as the Director of Global Services & Solutions at BW Converting Solutions, while also holding the roles of Digital Services & Solutions Leader and Accelerate Leader since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant positions at Paper Converting Machine Company, where Rick was an Accelerate Team Leader, Business Development Manager, and Field Service Manager from June 2011 to September 2022. Earlier career roles include new equipment installation at Signicast Investment Castings and manufacturing engineering at MGS Mfg. Group. Rick began their career with positions as a machinist and machine operator at A.C. Tool and Machinery and Leeson Electric, respectively. Rick holds a High School Diploma from Cedarburg High School, earned between 1989 and 1992.
