Stan Blakney

Stan Blakney is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and business transformation. Currently serving as Group President at BW Converting since February 2019, Stan previously held key leadership roles including COO at Goss International, where responsibilities included transforming the business model and enhancing global service offerings. As VP of Global Operations at VAG-Group, Stan drove lean practices across multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier experience includes various progressive roles at Rexnord, where significant improvements in operations and production were achieved, and leading facility operations at ARCADIS U.S., Inc. Stan's career began at Waukesha Engine as VP of Market & Product Management, focusing on turnaround initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BSE in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
