Pratyush Kumar currently serves as the Secretary at The Institute of Marine Engineers (India) since May 2023 and holds the position of Junior Engineer at BW Group starting September 2024. Formerly a student at ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. from March 2019 to May 2021, Pratyush also gained practical experience as a Cadet at Tolani Maritime Institute from August 2022 to December 2024 and served as the Assistant Division Captain during that time.
