Erna Maxwell

Erna Maxwell is the current Director of People at BW Packaging, where they combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational experience to enhance organizational performance and culture. Previously, Erna served as a Senior People Leader and Director of Operations at BW Integrated Systems, managing diverse HR needs and overseeing manufacturing operations. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at Thiele Technologies, directing site operations and consistently achieving key performance indicators. Erna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Management, both from the University of St. Thomas.
