Lee Davies

Lee Davies is currently the Director of Field Service for EMEA at BW Packaging, where they oversee all Aftermarket activities and lead multiple teams, including a Field Service Team and internal Customer Services teams. Previously, Lee held various positions at Hayssen Flexible Systems, including Product Support Manager and Sales Support Manager, where they managed technical support and internal sales processes. With extensive experience in customer service, operations, and leadership, Lee focuses on continuous improvement and operational excellence, fostering a culture of "Truly Human Leadership." Lee's educational background includes attendance at Wilmorton College.
