Massimo Campanaro is an Engineering Operations Leader with extensive experience in engineering, application engineering, project management, and product development. They currently lead the global engineering team at BW Packaging, overseeing projects in EMEA and the US while focusing on Vertical Form Fill Seal and Horizontal Flow Wrapper technologies. Previously, Massimo held several key roles at companies such as BW Flexible Systems and Marelli Motori, where they managed engineering teams, supported strategic initiatives, and participated in continuous improvement processes. Massimo possesses strong organizational and leadership skills, driven by a passion for adapting to fast-changing environments. They are pursuing a degree in electronic engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova.
