Michael Jerger

Michael Jerger is currently the Regional Director of Operations at BW Packaging, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as the Vice President of Operations at BW Integrated Systems from 1986 to 2025, where they played a key role in achieving operational excellence across various companies and locations. With over thirty years of experience in operations, Michael began their career with various machinery builders and electrical contractors, ultimately joining Fleetwood Systems in 1986. As Plant Manager, they successfully led a major facility consolidation, and later championed the integration of advanced robotic solutions in the packaging industry.
