Shaun Elder

Shaun Elder currently serves as Vice President of Operations for North America at BW Packaging, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Shaun held significant leadership positions at DYWIDAG, including Regional Chief Operations Officer for both the Americas and North America, as well as Director of Material and Product Engineering from July 2013 to December 2025. Shaun's earlier career includes roles at ArcelorMittal as a Specialty Plates Product Engineer, where collaboration with customers and development of specialized products for various industries took place, and at GE Aerospace, where Shaun contributed to implementing 3D printing technology and advanced aerospace materials through a structured engineering program. Shaun began academic pursuits at Northwestern University, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, followed by a Master of Science in the same field from The Ohio State University.
