Will’s expertise includes driving growth, improving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation. They served in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they were awarded the Coast Guard Achievement Medal for their contributions. Will graduated from the University of Utah with a distinguished academic record.
