Alex W. has a solid background in engineering and technical service, currently serving as the WebFed Technical Service Leader at BW Papersystems since January 2020, after a previous role as Senior Field Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as Tower Engineer at ME ELECMETAL, where management of melting department production and supervision of staff took place, and as Field Services Engineer at BW Papersystems, focusing on installation and repair of sheeting machinery. Alex’s earlier roles include Engineering Consultant at Graco, where optimization of production and layout improvements were achieved, and Engineering Intern at CertainTeed Corporation, concentrating on production efficiency in shingle manufacturing. Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2017.
