Blake Herbert

Blake Herbert is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering design. Currently at BW Papersystems since January 2023, Blake focuses on new product development for folding carton manufacturing machines, leading design reviews, risk assessments, and documentation processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Development Engineer at NOV, where Blake managed Product Development Technicians and designed manufacturing equipment while adhering to ISO and ASTM regulations. Previous positions include internships at Mandli Communications and Adaptive Micro Systems, where Blake honed skills in electrical assembly and mechanical design. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
