Gethin Thomas

Gethin Thomas serves as the Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at BW Water, a role held since January 2024, where responsibilities include driving strategic direction and performance while reporting to the board. Prior to this position, Gethin served as Asia CEO & Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BW Water, focusing on growth across Asia and ANZ regions. Gethin's extensive experience spans several leadership roles, including Global Corporate Account Director at Solenis and various positions at GE Water & Process Technologies, where roles included Growth Leader for Europe & Russia and Sales & Service Operations Director for Asia Pacific. Gethin began professional career as a Technical Specialist at Pall Corporation.
