Phil Carter

Phil Carter is currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager at BW: Workplace Experts since June 2022. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Willmott Dixon Interiors from June 2015 to June 2022. Phil began their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Longcross Group Ltd in January 2014 and has also gained experience as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Fireclad. Phil completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2017, as well as a Higher National Certificate in Construction and a National Diploma in Construction from Chelmsford College.
