Philip Prothero

Philip Prothero is currently a Project Director at BW: Workplace Experts, where they are dedicated to leading sustainable and innovative fit-out and refurbishment projects. Prior to this role, Philip served as an Associate Director at Mace from 2018 to 2025, managing notable projects such as Chelsea Barracks and The Shard. Their earlier experience includes working as an Installation Engineer at The Access Group and various managerial roles at Mace, where they oversaw critical structural and finish elements on high-profile projects.
