Lori Mills

Lori Mills has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the human services sector, primarily at Bridgeway. Since February 2015, Lori has served as the Director of Production and Business Development, overseeing a range of services that support individuals with disabilities in achieving employment goals. Previously, Lori held positions including Director of Business Development at Bridgeway from 2011 to 2015, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Illinois Growth Enterprises from 2000 to 2011. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Director at Patriots Gateway Center in 1999. Throughout these roles, Lori has demonstrated a commitment to quality service delivery and business development in community-focused environments across Illinois and Iowa.
