Tom Lawless

Tom Lawless is a strategic communications advisor with over a decade of experience in climate and sustainability. Currently serving as Partner and co-head of the Climate and Nature Practice at Headland Consultancy, they advise NGOs, companies, and public bodies on effective communication strategies for climate action. Previously, Tom worked with David Attenborough on Mission Innovation at the Paris COP and created impactful narratives for initiatives such as Business for Nature and London Climate Action Week 2025. Additionally, Tom contributes as an adviser to Bankers Without Boundaries and The Chancery Lane Project. Tom holds a degree in Law from Cardiff University.
