Tricia Eiswald

Tricia Eiswald, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Principal and Director of People & Culture at BWBR since May 2019. Prior to this role, Tricia was the Director of Human Resources at Messerli & Kramer P.A. from July 2017 to May 2019. Tricia also held the position of Associate Director, HR at Värde Partners from December 2007 to July 2017. With a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Human Resources Management from Bethel University, Tricia began their career as a Recruiter at McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2007.
