John Murphy Pe

John Murphy, PE, is a Structural Project Engineer at BWE, Inc. since April 2022, specializing in structural engineering design, including concrete, steel, wood, masonry, and foundation design in compliance with various building codes and standards. Previously, John served as the Director of Coaching at Pacific College of Health and Science, where responsibilities included recruiting and supervising faculty for the Master's program. With extensive experience in coaching and training, John also worked as a Management Trainer at Reengineering Leadership and as an Organizational Effectiveness Coach at ACT Leadership, focusing on leadership development for senior-level leaders. Additional roles at UC San Diego and as a Professional Development Coach, alongside earlier experience as a Structural Engineer at Martin and Libby, provided a broad foundation in both engineering and coaching. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
