Their expertise spans service delivery, project management, and international operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Mark holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Northeastern University, graduating summa cum laude. Additionally, they are an award-winning wine maker, recognized with multiple medals in national competitions.
