Doug Carson is a Senior Advisor with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, including serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering and CTO at BWI Group from 2022 to 2025. Previously, Doug held multiple positions at BWI Group, including Senior Advisor and Vice President of Operations. They also worked at Delphi as Chief Engineer for Chassis Systems in Europe from 2001 to 2005. Doug earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1992.
