Rachel Sims

Rachel Sims has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Rachel is currently working as an Art Director/Senior Designer at Dentsu Creative ANZ, a globally recognized and award-winning agency. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Freelancer, providing art direction, senior design, and creative services. Rachel also served as a Senior Creative at MKTG and a Creative Advisor at Catallyze. Additionally, Rachel has experience as a Senior Designer at The Ken Done Gallery, Digital Designer at Present Company Pty Ltd, and Designer at PLAY Events. Rachel also has a background in fashion, having worked as a Creative Director for their own contemporary womenswear label, RACHELALEX, and as a Print Designer and Design Intern for Mary Katrantzou and Peter Pilotto.

Rachel Sims completed a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) degree at the University of New South Wales in 2007. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Design (Hons) degree in Graphic Design/Apparel & Textiles from the same university. Rachel also received additional certifications, including SLR Camera 1 and SLR Camera 2 from the Australian Centre for Photography in 2010. In 2019, they obtained the Award School certification from The Communications Council.
