Since 2001, BWS has grown from being the local bottle shop, to become the largest and most convenient drinks retailer in Australia. There is over 1400 stores across every state and territory in the country. We employ over 9000 team members who work across a variety of roles. At BWS, we want to be the unboring bottleshop and create a place where all Aussies belong and we only have three rules: We bring the vibes We invite everyone in We do drinks your way We know that our customers see us as their local bottle shop too, so we stop at nothing to make sure we offer a great tailored range that meets the needs of our local communities we serve. After all, we started as a local neighbourhood bottle shop back in 2001 in the Sydney suburb of Cabramatta, so keeping things 'local'​ is familiar territory for us! We make sure our teams come first so they can put customers first, and we back this up by a genuine commitment to industry best practice training and development.
