Colette Shaw

Colette Shaw MBA (HRMgt) currently serves as the National Sales Operations Manager at BWX Limited since February 2023 and has been the President of RSL Healesville since April 2022, also holding a board member position since April 2019. Colette has extensive experience in sales and business management, having worked as the National Sales Manager at Whole Kids and the National Business Manager at Smash Enterprises, where management of major customers including Big W and Woolworths was a key responsibility. Previous roles include Senior Business Manager at Yarra Valley Snack Foods, Business Manager at McPherson's Consumer Products, and Business Manager positions at Griffins Foods and General Mills, where excellent KPIs and strategic partnerships were established. Colette has also contributed to the DVD market at 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and held management roles at Sigma Pharmaceuticals. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Business and completion of The Complete Skilled Negotiator course from The GAP Partnership.
