Brett Jermyn, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Fuel Handling and Engineered Solutions at BWX Technologies, Inc., a role taken on in September 2015 following the company's acquisition of GE Hitachi in December 2016. With P&L responsibility, Brett provides strategic leadership to approximately 300 engineering and manufacturing professionals, overseeing complex projects within the Canadian nuclear sector. Prior experience includes positions such as Engineering Division Manager and various leadership roles at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Canada. Earlier career experience includes a mechanical designer role at Husky Injection Molding Systems. Brett holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Management from McMaster University, an Executive Leadership Academy credential from the University of Tennessee, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
