John Lucio

John Lucio currently serves as Senior Director at BWX Technologies, Inc., a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, John contributed to the United States Senate as a Professional Staff Member from April 2017 to May 2024 and worked in Governmental Affairs related to Undersea Warfare at the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program from May 2005 to April 2017. John holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Penn State Law (1999-2002), a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College (2008-2010), an MBA from Florida State University - College of Business (2007-2008), and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Penn State University (2000-2001).
