Michael Staton

Michael Staton is a solution-minded leader with a comprehensive understanding of the design process essential for first-of-a-kind and cutting-edge technology programs. They have held diverse roles at NovaTech from Environmental Health Safety Coordinator to Partner/Senior Principal Engineer, leading initiatives in nuclear, medical, and defense sectors. Currently, as the Systems Design Engineering Manager at BWXT, Michael leads a team of engineers, manages project performance, and mentors the next generation of leaders. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, earned in 2000.
