Jeff Ellis

Jeff Ellis, CPP, has extensive experience in security management, having retired as the Director of Security at Boston Properties after starting in the security field in 1981. Prior roles include serving as the Assistant Director of Security at Boston Properties, where oversight of security operations and compliance with procedures were primary responsibilities. As the Director of Security and Life Safety at Paramount Group, Inc., Jeff managed security for over 2 million square feet of high-rise office and retail space and facilitated training programs. Previous positions at Universal Protection Service included Security Manager and Training Supervisor, with a focus on pre-operational surveillance, staff training, and ensuring the safety of people and property. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University.
